There’s a revolution

flowing through us

when we gather

it is screaming

to be free

There’s a revelation

flowing through us

when we gather

it is screaming

to be free

  1. So, this came out of me while I was in the shower this morning. I sing these lines. While thinking about the Freddie Gray protests, MO, groups of people I know who can’t find good work, busing around town seeing all the homeless, hurting and mentally ill folk in MY city.
There is a groaning that is building up–will it dry up like a raisin in the sun or explode?
