Our country has committed so many wrongs, however, it hurts seeing white supremacist in my own town use the American flag as their LOGO for their version of “freedom and truth.” It’s time to take back the flag.

I’m not embarrassed to say my pandemic journey followed this graph right to the letter. The lowest point “Disillusionment” hit me about August 2020. My general communication weaknesses, spelling and pronunciation, were magnified.
