This morning, I was working on a new post when I found this old draft from December 2024. I enjoy a well-written yearly summary. So I’m hesitant to release a reckless draft. Why post it now? Well, why not? It was started with good intentions, probably ended due to a change in schedule, quietly forgotten about. Placed back on the shelf of the mind.
I love you all. We can get through this hostage situation. Calm and function can return to our country. The future is OURS! -Shannon (10/11/2026)
DRAFT
Carl Sagan said that without critical thinking, society will eventually and unknowingly regress into superstition. I’m here for you. I’m all up in the conspiracy theories and new ageisms for you, my beloved readers. I’m watching prediction videos, reading wacko articles, and studying the astrology youtubes so you don’t have to lower yourself. Or perhaps you also lean into hidden knowledge in times of trouble? Perhaps you’re just curious what the craft used by kings and leaders for centuries might say about America’s future and the world? Then this post is for you. Since the presenter is me and not some paid professional, I’ll slice through all the crap and shoot from the hip. As we go into the next ten years, a phrase from the first Jurassic Park comes to mind:
“Hold onto your butts!”
First up is the prediction for a second American Civil War. As mediums go, astrology is seen as the most scientific. Basically, what the planets are predicting is that from 2025-2037, America appears to be entering a time of internal unrest. The planets are in the same positions as they were in other pivotal moments in US history.
Neptune in Aries (2025-2039): The last time Neptune was in Aries, starting in 1861, coincided with the beginning of the American Civil War. This transit is associated with ideological battles, confusion about national identity, and people fighting passionately for their ideals, potentially leading to social fragmentation and violence… https://ethericalchemist.medium.com/echoes-of-1861-navigating-turbulent-astrological-waters-in-2025-c0e1597f1613
Uranus in Gemini (2025-2032): This alignment, also occurring around the time of the Civil War, is linked to communication breakdowns, increased political polarization, and the potential for radicalized speech to exacerbate societal divides. It suggests rapid advancements in communication technology could both connect and divide…
There is also a bit of a “fake out” element to 2025’s outer planetary movement. [Like watching a movie trailer, for a movie that will be releasesd in May 2026] All planets will officially be in their new homes by May 2026, which is when the stories that are being teased in 2025 will have full expression. Many astrologers are calling the spring of 2026 The Great Reset.
But, 2025 is still a pivotal year for breaking up, and unearthing the last stubborn bits of structure, system, and organization that obstruct new foundations that need building. We’re in a construction zone—expect more chaos, confusion, and red herrings. https://www.chronogram.com/horoscopes/the-astrology-of-2025-prelude-to-the-great-reset-22425679
