In 2018, poet Shannon Laws performed poems about her dating life for the heck of it.  No one asked her to; it just happened.  “Middle-age dating is not as glorious as you might think,” says Laws reflecting on the conception of the one-woman stage show, “It took enough rejection, mishaps, and broken hearts, but slowly a collection of frothy satire poems found their shape as a rather palatable show.”
